1.	Citizens Communication - Comments will be limited to items not on the agenda. Up to ten individuals may sign up to speak -- each of whom must contact the CAMPO office by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 13th.

3.	Consider approving the summary minutes from the September 8th Policy Board meeting

4.	Consider approving requested amendments to the FYs 2008 - 2011 Transportation Improvement Program

5.	Consider authorizing the Executive Director to negotiate and enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the University of Texas for the Orange Bike Project, a Commute Solutions Innovative Grant project

6.	Consider directing CAMPO staff to include greenhouse gas emissions in the emissions analysis that will be conducted for the 2035 Plan

7.	Consider approving Terms and Conditions for US 290(E)
